Placing an Order

Add required items to your cart making sure you make choices in drop down menu options as required, please ensure you order everything you need in one go as adding to an existing order at a later date may cause  problems. Review your shopping basket and finalise purchase using the steps provided. We accept Paypal, credit cards and debit cards. 

All orders are processed in the order they arrive to make it fair to everyone, our usual turnaround is 5-7 working days (we do not work weekends) however at busy times this may be longer we will always add a note to the home page of the website informing you if this is the case. 

Delivery

Postage is calculated based on size and weight, we send all our orders Royal Mail tracked service, please choose either 24 or 48 hour service (please be aware during longer during peaks times this may take longer to arrive, please allow for this).

Please note that Blanks for Stamping or AngelTrash cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delays. Should your parcel not arrive after 10 working days from the date of dispatch please contact us so we can make appropriate claims and investigations though Royal Mail. Items are not considered as lost by RM before this time, we are unable to make any claims or arrangements for replacement before this time. You will be required to complete a declaration form which confirms you have not received your goods to assist in our claim. Once we have received a signed declaration your order will be replaced.

Free postage is offered for orders over £75. If the order is very large it may go via courier but we will contact you to discuss best option.

Adding to an existing order: Please ensure you order everything you need in one go as orders are processed & posted in the order they arrive on our management system, additional orders will posted separetely. In the event that you wish to add the odd additional item and want the orders to be combined please pay postage as calculated on the website add a note on your order that you wish for the orders to be posted together, once the order has been picked and weighed I will refund the difference in postage.

Returns and Cancellation

For off the shelf items you have the right to cancel your order up until the time of dispatch, however for custom orders please note that once work has started on your order you cannot be refunded. Once dispatched no exchanges, returns or refunds are given unless item is faulty. As we sell B2B we are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 which means that we are governed by our own terms and conditions, these you agree to when making a purchase (our contract). If you are an individual (i.e purchasing items for your own use, not to sell on) please state that you are purchasing as an individual in the special instructions box which is just above where you click to agree the terms and conditions at the checkout screen.

If your item arrives faulty please contact us within 30 days of receipt giving full description of fault and provide photographic evidence of this. Once the faulty item has been returned to us we will give a full refund including postage or offer a replacement.

I have messed up my Pewter Blanks what can I do with them?

Keep them to practice on or turn them into pebbles I have a video on my Facebook Page showing how to do this. Alternatively keep hold of them until you have a nice pile of messed up blanks and post them back to me and I will turn them into pebbles for you, this service is free you only need to pay for postage. They will be supplied unfinished. Please note that because of the different mixes of Pewter that other suppliers use I only accept my blanks back for turning into pebbles, this is because the different mix and patina and various chemicals used to clean and tumble will cause pitting and dimples in the pebbles.

 

Discounts

We offer the following discounts for bulk purchases:

• 10% discount if ordering 50 or more of the same blank

Please note that the website is not able to automatically calculate these discounts so please contact us so we can set up a bulk buy listing.

 

Custom Pewter Shapes

I am often asked if I can do custom shapes or exclusive shapes, the answer is yes and you have 2 options here:

1st Option is: if it's a shape that might be of interest to other people and you are happy for it to be added to the website,  we can just tailor it to your spec and I will add it to my next mould. I have done this for a few customers. It then just costs you the cost of the blanks each time, I am always happy to have ideas for new shapes this helps me out as I increase the range of shapes I can offer you and it means no outlay for you if you are trying out a new idea.

2nd Option is: If it's a shape that you want exclusive use of, I would need to make a mould for it for you. There would be a cost of £50 to make the mould. Ownership of the mould remains with Blanks For Stamping but you would own the exclusive rights for any blanks made from it. If you no longer require the mould we will dispose of it either on request or 3 years from the date of the last order placed using it, due to space limitations we are unable to keep moulds not being used indefinitely.  You would then just pay for the blanks each time they are made. The cost of blanks are based on a proccessing fee plus weight so if you look around at the website at a shape which is a similar size as what you are after you can get a rough idea of the price each blank would cost.

Cast Pewter blanks will have a slight uneven surface, this is not a fault but a result of the casting process.

I am sorry but due to time constraints and the volume of orders that I deal with I am unable to offer a hole drilling service.
